For the second year in a row, Dr. Robert Savage of Wellesley was named 1 of “America’s Top Surgeons†by the Consumer Study Council of America. Dr. Savage is really a member of the faculty at Harvard Medical School and is the former President of the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
